Boarding process (WILMA)
WILMA is the nickname for United Shuttle's®
boarding process. It stands for Window, Middle, Aisle seating. WILMA calls for passengers to board according to the type of seat they hold. Those with window seats board first, followed by middle and finally aisle seats. This process allows you to find your seat without climbing over fellow passengers. Your zone will be listed on the boarding pass you receive at check-in.
